Unsure... port site unbearable!!

:phanvan Hello, I was banded Oct. 31, 2006. At first everything was fine. Shortly after I came home I began hurting. A burning, hot, searing hurt in my port area. My doctor said the stitches may have gone through a nerve. As long as I am not wearing a bra it is bearable, somewhat. It hurts constantly and sitting at my desk is very uncomfortable. I am wondering if anyone else has had a similiar experience.

It is Nov. 14 and I have an appointment today. So far, I feel I have no restriction and can eat just about anything. I am not sure if I will get a fill today or if I will just go in for a visit. I have been unable to get off pain medication and do not like how I feel when I take it. I also have not been able to sleep in my bed since surgery due to the port site hurting.
