And exhausting! Preop starts Monday. ...had meeting with the anesthesiologist...my have to be intubated while I'm awake. Anyone? Sounds scary!

While intubation while awake?

I have ankylosing spondylitis....the soft tissue in my neck and upper back has calcified. My head moves little and doesn't tip up at all to see chords....may have to be awake and done through the nose! !!
