Popcorn

I'm 4 months out and cleared not to have salad and raw fruits and veges ... So I had about a cup of air popped popcorn on 2 consecutive evenings and thought I was going to die! Had fullness feeling, hi cupping and belching . It's the first time I've ever had any problem with anything!

    I mean I was cleared to have raw fruits and veges. I don't know why this iPod types what it wants!

    I have popcorn all the time and no trouble....

    I think some people are sensitive to certain foods though....sorry....but maybe it will get better with time?
