LilMissDiva's boot camp

I know this comes up a lot, but I can't find what I'm looking for. I'm planning to start the boot camp tomorrow to kick my carb cravings. She says you can have all Protein (meat, fish, nuts, dairy, etc), lots of Water, green veggies, no fruit... Do you think that includes nonfat Greek yogurt that's fruit-flavored? It doesn't specify a carb max, which is why I ask. The yogurt I have has about 20 g carb.

Anyone done this the whole 5 days successfully?

my guess is the fruit flavored versions would be a "no". The no fruit is probably part of a no sugar deal and the sugar in the fruit will mess with what you're trying to accomplish. Dairy contains sugar on it's own, so the fruit just ups the sugar content.

just my thoughts.

I'm sure you're right. I bought some plain yogurt. Thanks for responding!

I found out this week that plain Yogurt is just plain disgusting. I bought sugar free Jello and 2 packets of Splenda to mix in. I don't know if Splenda is off limits also though.

Kroger makes a yogurt called Carb Master 60 calories. 4 carbs.

Yoplait and Dannon both have Greek Yogurt that are fairly low carb. The Yoplait has 8 carbs and I think the Dannon has 10

I've tried Carb smart before and I thought tasted really bland. It didn't have much flavor.
