old habits

I find my old habits are sneaking back in. How can i break my carb addiction?? I crave them all the time. Carbs seem to be everywhere i look. I have stalled for a few weeks, but life has been so stressful. I am learning stress makes me forget my entire eating plan. Any tips or advise on getting back on track?

Go back to your basics. Start by tracking everything you eat, no matter how minor. If you can, get rid of the carbs. Don't eat them, just throw them out. If possible, avoid your triggers (for me it was getting breakfast at the drive through) so that you aren't tempted. Now that you realize that stress makes you eat (pretty common) you can identify when you're stress eating and start forming new habits to replace the old ones.
