Just tried Nectar (Cookies & Cream) that I ordered from bjsbariatrics.com. Not bad really. Filling. You can choose which flavors you want to try in the 11 pack sampler. Pretty sweet.

I mix all of mine with Hood Calorie Countdown milk ( it's low carb too) with 4 or 5 ice cubes. I throw it in my little personal blender and it comes out great. Sometimes I pop a couple of tablespoons of cottage cheese in the freezer to get it hard then throw that in -- makes it really creamy. The chocolate Truffle is my "favorite" favorite!

I will have to try the cottage cheese option.
