Pain on right side

Hey everyone. I was sleeved on Jan 22 and have be great up till today. I have this sharp pain on my upper right side underneath my ribs. ,anyone else had this or ideas what it might be??? Also haven't had a bm in 2 days and feel kinda naucious ....
