OMG - Looks like I'm approved!

After submitting to my insurance, who said it had to go through my medical group, and then the medical group says it has to go though insurance (United Healthcare) looks like I might really be approved!!! My coordinator is confirming then hopefully I'll be able to schedule a date!!! Whoo-Hoo!!!!

OR NOT!!! D**N IT! My insurance is driving me NUTS! I call and they say approved, but nope it was the Upper GI that I had done on 1/10 that was approved! WTH!!! SOOOO Frustrating!!! So I'm still waiting!

Oh no!!! Hang in there, that old saying nothing good comes easy will be true in this case. But so worth it, make sure you stay in the loop between doctors office and insurance.

Hang in there! I have UHC too, they were not very forthright with what was required, & it varies by the company its provided for. I had to dig up my company's SPD (summary plan discription) & drs office had to send with for approval. don't give up!

I'm really trying, my coordinator said they are NOT very user friendly!! One time you call they tell you one thing, the next time they tell you something else!! I don't even care that it's not approved yet, but dang it don't get my hopes up!!!
