What should I eat when Im at work I sit down all day .... I be Snacking all day ... Don't wanna fall back into old Habits ... I'm doing good so far it's just the food Choices that I'm picking is not good .. HELP ...

One idea: Try using your vitamin supplements as your snacks. Space out your iron and calcium supplements over the course of the work day.

If you are able to eat and tolerate all foods some raw veggies might fill you up with only a small amount of calories but I think the big issue is to eat consciously....set time aside for the meal/snack and take the time to eat it, don't just eat throughout the day or while watching tv etc. that is how those calories and bad eating habits creep up.
