Feeling full/satisfied

Hi everyone. I was sleeved on 01/21/13 and am just curious as to how much everyone is eating for each meal to feel satisfied. I'm working on eating every 2-3 hours about 2 ounces per meal. What about everyone else? I was feeling hungry all the time but now that I spread out my meals I'm feeling a bit more satisfied.

I was sleeved on 12/5/12 and thats exactly how I eat. About 2 ounces every 2 or 3 hours. I never really feel 'hungry', more like an empty feeling. I get full very very fast but never to the point of uncomfortable. I usually dont push it much past 2 ounces because I dont want to be uncomfortable but it satisfies me very well. I do have to watch the clock though to make sure I am eating so my metabolism keeps chugging along.
