What are or have you done to deal with stress instead of turning to food for comfort or relief? This is one thing I'm really trying to figure out before I get the sleeve.

Ah I'm on my phone and not sure how to edit the title. I mean stress eater not streas eater.

I drink hot herbal caffeine free tease there's a really good country peach tea and a vanilla honey chamomile :)
