Yes, I've tried the Total Lean bottled shakes (4pk) in the Strawberry & Cream flavor and really liked them. Only problem was that I bought a ton, and my taste buds changed after surgery. They were still good, just wish I had bought some different flavors to mix-it up a little.

My nutritionist approved this shake as well.

I also forgot to add that the Total Lean Shake in the bottle has:

170- calories

6g fat

6g Carbs

25g Protein

2g Sugar

That's all I drink. (Sleeved 9/17). To me, for my taste buds, they are the only ones I like. Wished they had other flavors besides Chocolate, Strawberry & Vanilla...

Im scared that it has too many calories.

I really liked these, better than any other shake I tried and I tried A LOT! I drank them pre-op and post-op. Luckily I didnt buy too many but they were the only ones that didnt make me gag. Unfortunately I have lots of Premiere shakes sitting in my fridge. I thought I would be drinking them for a lot longer than I needed. Oh well, they are there for on-the-go meals. But yes, I dug the Lean Protein ones. Vanilla was is favorite.

Would you guys say the protein powder is as good (healthy wise) as the ready to drink kind?

GNC will take them back with receipt.

Any product they sell that you don't like.

These are my favorite as well, I have to drink 2 a day to hit 90-100 grams of protein a day. They have quite a few calories, but if the other things you are eating are lean you should be able to get 700 calories a day. My nutritionist approved them as well. :-). I am 5 weeks out.

Thanks im 6wks out. This might be a stupid question but.... Is it 2 scoops per 8-10onzes or 1 scoop?

The GNC Lean shakes were all I could tolerate right after my surgery as well. I still get them from time to time as a change. I am really hooked on Bariatric Advantages chocolate powder...27 grams of protein per shake. Bariatric Advantage powder is a little expensive to me but its the only protein drink/shake that I truly like. This was the protein product that my surgeon recommended.

I decided to hold on to them, but thanks. Plus I have no idea where my receipt is. :(
