12 week post op stats

So I am 12 weeks post op today and down 43 lbs. however last week and this week the weight loss has slowed down. I actually woke up this morning and had gained 1.4. How that happens I have no clue. Not over eating and trying to stay in the 700 calorie range. Anyone have this problem or any suggestions for me!
