I have been lurking for a little while, I HAVE A DATE 12/14/06! Thrilled and scared. I am working with Dr. Michael Thomas with Surgical Specialists in Covington. Everyone there is great, especially Chris Nelson.

But I'm getting scared!!! Did you know about the spitting problem??

That is strange!! I don't know what to do!!!!

If the spitting/PB'ing isthe worst of it, I think we will be ok! I think as long as we learn new eating habits and ways to deal with food it will work for u. I know it wont happen overnight. This is a once in a lifetime chance for me. If I consider that I might not live another five years, I am ready to do it now. Let's stay in touch! Did I read in another thread you are going to Mexico? I have friend who had her surgery in Mexico and she did great. She has lost over 200 lbs! No problems at all. You will do great, too!
