Double Chin..

Ok so am I EVER going to get rid of this second chin? I have lost 45 pounds since Nov. (I'm on a diet for weight loss surgery), and since Feb. of last year (2012) I've lost a total of 71 lbs. I am sooo tired of my double chin and want it gone! lol. Now I use to have four chins, this last one is just being really stubborn lol. Will it ever go away!!

I can now feel my cheek bones, and jaw line, it's just that underneath part that's bothering me!!! Ugh.

I read this exercise somewhere which has helped me. Stretch your neck upwards towards ceiling as much as you can. Then keeping the tension in your neck, open and close your lower jaw. Also Try to look behind you once from left and once from right. Repeat 10-20-30 times.
