Almost 4 weeks Post Op.

I'm having a very difficult time with this whole process. I can't get all of my water in or all of my protein. I feel so sick all day. I take my vitamins plus calcium and B-1. I'm still on soft solids but even those hurt me. What should I do?

Your stomach is still swollen and healing. Don't worry about numbers at this point. Just do your best to follow your NUT's direction's. It will come in time. Some people are six months out and still can't reach the numbers.

Yep Lander is so right I probably didnt feel right till like 6 weeks out I just didnt want to drink or anything I was perfectly fine not drinking anything at all!! But I finally decided to try my best to get those fluids down and I notice when I tried my best to follow the protein and water the water!! The weight started to come off!! The hurt in my throat stomach I dont know how to explain went away after 6 weeks your almost there hang in there it will get better!!!

Yep focus on fluids as your priority then protein I reckon. It will get easier soon. If it doesn't contact your doc :)
