10 Day Liquid diet help

So I start my 10 day liquid diet tomorrow and on my paper it says I can have soups, low calorie/ low sodium so I have to blend them? thanks to much my surgery is February 5th,

You shouldn't have to worry about blending them until after your surgery. Good luck!

Diet is to shrink you liver so you don't have to blend them. At least I didn't. I survived on yougurt, Jello, Protein shakes and Soup. I may never eat soup again.

You are lucky WHENEVER I do start my liquid diet it is for two weeks only protien and vitamins that's all :( no soup nothing be thankfull

I am on day 4 of liquid diet and it is tough cause of course all weekend I have been surrounded by food. I have managed to stay away but it has been so tough. I am having soup, protein shakes and jello. I am also allowed sf pudding and watery oatmeal. I have 10 more days to go.. I know I can, I know I can
