Vitamins

I have been taking Centrum Liquid Vitamins since my banding last month. I have to take 1 Tablespoon each morning.

After taking them I have the WORST taste in my mouth for hours. Can anyone suggest something else. Gag!! Gag!!! Gag!!:cry :cry :cry :cry

I am Flintstones chewable vitamin girl here too!

Okay people, prior to banding and my better food attitude, I was a Sour Patch Kids junkie (sour-gummie candies). I have now discovered Flinstones Sour Gummies Mult-VItamins! They are yummy and easy to chew and get down. I chew about four of those a day and I feel like its a treat. Give them a try!

OO I'm off to walgreens now - i'm going to have to try some!!! I bought some CVS chewables and they are slightly funky. I never finish the whole thing.

Centrum chewables are good too. Just one per day since they are adult vitamins

I buy the store brand "Memberse Mark" at Sam's of gummy vitamins. They taste just like the gummy candy, you'd never know the difference. I also keep them in the living room on the end table where I sit at night. It helps to remember them and I also look forward to them. It's quite a treat! :clap2:
