I weighed in at 285 before surgery. I am now 3 weeks post op and have lost only 20 pounds. Now I'm at a hault. Has anyone experienced this? Should I be worried?

that's pretty good for just 3wks out. I'm 6wks out and only at 16lbs. I stalled at like 3-4wks and then had a 4lb loss.

everyone is different, but you'll notice inches gone

the dreaded 3 week stall :) Hit me too. I didn't change a thing and the scale started moving down after 6 days

I am 4 weeks out and I think I have hit a stall. Does anyone no what causes you to stall?. I have been getting my proteins in and drinking my fluids. So what's the problem? I have been hitting the gym 2-3 times a week.
