Is losing too fast safe

Okay I was sleeved on 1/ 17 started my pre op diet January fourth i was 398 pounds on the 17th I I weighed 376 and today I weighed 364 that's 34 pounds in 19 days is this safe am I losing too fast?

no worries. you have (1) completely violated your insides (2) drastically reduced your calorie intake (3) hopefully become more active and (4) hopefully started eating healthier choices.

these all at once drastic changes will cause drastic effects in most people. and anyway, by 6 months, you'll be whining that you're losing too slow. :)

it's all good. as long as you don't feel exhausted all of the time. if you become lethargic, call your surgeon and ask his opinion, otherwise, hang on and enjoy the ride!

We all wish we had that problem ! Take your vitamins and enjoy the ride. You will hit a stalls so don't worry~

I lost 40 lbs when I went to my 2 week post op appt. Our stats are very similar. The more you have to lose the faster it comes off. It's crazy losing weight that's fast, but totally awesome at the same time!
