    Stay hydrated. Space protein out and drink it regularly so you dont get too hungry. Mixing a shake with skim milk adds some needed carbs if you are low on them and keeps you from getting fuzzy headed. I was doing prepared shakes and could not get enough carbs and fats. Good luck.

    Thank you so much you guys. Even with my last supper of pizza and wine somehow the weight loss gods are with me and I registered a 3lb loss on the scale this morning before starting. Here's to never being this fat again!! :)
