A new me & bit frustrated!

I am 5 days post op. Feel great - too good I guess. What am I doing wrong because I'm hungry? A few crackers would be delightful!!

Down 30 lbs (5 since surgery) so pleased but I feel tired, sick of protein drinks and soup. No regrets just frustrated!! Anybody tried unflavored protein added to their water or soup? Brand? Where to buy? Ugh I love all I'm learning about myself and food but wow anyone who says this is the easy way out of being fat needs a knock on the head!!! No picnic for sure!

wrong thread

Edited by Pinky Green

I'm 11 days post op and completely understand. I haven't been able to tolerate any milk based protein drinks. Fortunately, I had bought some unflavored Isopure powder before surgery. It's great. I am getting the majority of my protein from putting it in some Crystal Light right now. Although, I can put a little in my soups and seem to do ok. You can find the Isopure at GNC and some online retailers. Good Luck! We'll be on mushies before we know it. I can't wait!

Thank you so much!! I feel better knowing someone is feeling the same way.

What does the above comment mean "wrong thread?" Did I offend someone? I'm new at this stuff- thought I started a topic.

Oh well Grubb79 thanks so much! When my pitty party is done I'm off to GNC! You really put some sunshine in my day. ????

I was typing a post and for some reason on my laptop the browser flipped back to this thread while I was typing and the comment for that post went on this thread instead of a different thread. Just a mistake.

Thank you! I thought I messed up a thread!!!! I'm so confused by technology ????

I appreciate all the advice and info here but am still getting use to how it all works.
