Inflated belly :(

Hi guys!! I haven't been here in a couple of days but my last thread was about all of the air that I had (still have). Gas x strips worked but I wish I can burp like a man that just drank a 24 pack of beer! Lol. It's still a little painful but ill get over it. But my stomach is still hugely inflated!! I can stand it, I look like I just had a baby and I didn't look like that before. It's driving me crazy! Can anyone tell me their story on that and how long it took for your bellies to go down (inflation)? What did you guys do?
