Still on the fence....

Hello all! I am a newbie here but I've been researching the sleeve for a year or more. The sleeve seems to me the safest route to take. I haven't set a surgery date yet as I am still going through the pre program. I am SCARED AS HELL!!!! Please pardon the language but that's the only way to accurately describe how I feel!! I know I need it and from people I've spoken to personally and those whose stories I've read I know I can expect good results. It's just the irreversibility of the whole thing that has me on edge.

I think the irreversibility of a sleeve is one of the advantages. I know I can lose weight, keeping it off is impossible. I need this tool for life.

Happy. Your taking the first step my surgery on the 21st of this month and I'm scared not of the irreversibility part of it but of the unknown I look at it this why if you have the sleeve ( any wls) and its successful why would u reverse the risk is sometimes higher to reverse

Yes I know I need this and I believe the permanent nature of this is exactly what I need to keep me on track. Really afraid of complications too. Don't want to screw myself up any worse than I am!! Lol! Just overall worried I guess.
