Staying optimistic...

I've read and understand and realize stalls exist, I've not complained once...but my ticker hasn't moved in weeks...I did have a 10 day set back of severe pain, no gain...but still...still.. :(

I drink just under a gallon of liquids a day and at least 2 8oz Protein drinks a day... fyi
