Me too! I felt really good. Week two tomorrow. Keep posting.

starting week 3. Kinda scared about jogging for 3min!!

I finished it recently. I was scared of advancing each week. And a couple of weeks I just repeated the week. But I always surprised myself. The people that designed that program really knew what they were doing because I never thought I'd be able to do it. Now I'm training for a half marathon.

I know you can do it! And if you can do it I can too! Congrats on your accomplishments.
