Any February Sleevers!

I received my surgery date yesterday of 02/21/2013. My twin sister is also having the surgery on 02/07/2013. We are excited and nervous at the same time. We are having the surgery by the same doctor. We only have to do one day liquid diet the day before surgery. Anybody have any advice for us leading up to the surgery and what to expect right after the surgery.

Thanks. I hope you have a speedy recovery as well. We are having the surgery done by Dr. Nusbaum in NJ.

My Dr. set my surgery date for Feb. 19th, he's sending in for approval. Hoping to know in a couple weeks if approved. I'm trying to think positive but things don't usually go easy or my way with things like this, especially because the Nurse Manager for UHC stated that I need to do 6 month Dr. supervised diet, however in all the info the Dr's office got from UHC says nothing about it. So he's going to submit and we'll see. At least I have everything else done and am ready if I have to do the 6month at least I've already got 3 months done. Keep fingers crossed for me please :}
