    seated curls (or standing, but seated seemed to work better for me), Olympic bar curls. All kind of variations on the multi cable rack.

    I have free weights and a kettle bell but my favorite is the resistance bands. You can go from one exercise to the next without ever skipping a beat and you really feel it working. I also do title boxing and that is an awesome workout for the whole body but my arms are just worn out when I'm done.
