Well I'm in my 1st of 3 months diet /exercise program my insurance requires & I'm eating everything in site! It's like I've lost control, my appt is next Wednesday & I'm scared I will have gain weight. Has anyone else had this "panic" eating?

I went thru that during my pre op stages i felt like i was being deprived and all i thought about was food so i had to tell myself that if i want it i can have some of it and it helped.

A lot of us go through that final meal stage. We think we have to eat all those things that we think we will never eat again. Do your best.

Now that you know what it is it's time to do something about it. Stop. Plan a menu the night before. Write down everything you are going to eat and eat only that.

The sleeve is just a tool. It's not a cure. You have to get your head right for it to work. Search around this board and you will find that many others had the same issues and got through them. Support is here for anyone who needs it. Good luck
