I was also sleeved on Dec 21st. Per my doc's schedule I don't get to purees and soft foods until next week. I did see a small bump up last week. Discovered that I wasn't 'eliminating waste'. I had to get some colace to take care of that and then I saw it go back down. There may have been an adjustment from Clear liquids to full liquids to purees as well.

You know it isn't fat, so track back and make sure you've hit your liquid and Protein goals, you're 'going' at a reasonable clip-- not every day but every few days- and that you're not eating foods high in carbs, fats, or sugars. I know people like to think they can eat anything they want, but we really do have to watch certain things. Well some of us do!

I do see better loss when I hit my protein goal.
