I personally wouldn't trust any doctor that runs a sales special and advertises it! In fact, my cosmetic surgeon doesn't advertise at all. His website doesn't even advertise it just shows a picture and his phone number and address. My doc says its because a good surgeon doesn't need to advertise...they get more business then he can handle by word of mouth he said and to always beware of a doctor, lawyer or dentist that advertises!
