EXHAUSTED- 3 months out

I was sleeved on October 1st...I am down 38 pounds and I am downright exhausted!! Ever since the surgery I have been severely fatigued and short of breath and nobody seems to know why. I am eating and drinking like I am supposed to, getting my protein, but its not helping. I take my multi-vitamins along with my B12 daily. I don't work outside the home, so it can't be that. I sleep at least 8 hours a night and take at least two 1 hour naps during the day. I joined a gym and would love to be able to exercise. I had way more energy when I was 40 pounds heavier!! Has anyone else had this happen to them?

Do you know how your iron levels are? Someone else on here had similar problems and was quite anemic all the sudden. You should definitely get some answers from your doctor! Good luck!

I'm sure you have been checked but are you taking a Vitamin D supplement? I know when I started taking it my energy levels definitely increased. And that was before surgery.

Best of luck to you!
