5 months journey

Sleeve on July 215 pounds 4'11 now 138.. 77 pounds less.. New goal is 115.. 2013 here i come... But i think i have a problem :(.. I dont like to take picture of my self.. I look my self and im thinking that im still overweight.. Everybody tell me that i look awsome, but i still dont believe.. I went from size 20 to 8 .. I cant see it yet.. Somebody in my shoes out there????

I still have a super long way to go but being down 80 lbs I thought I would feel differently.

Take the picture!! Believe you me the still shot will shock you. Just remember you are seeing yourself everyday, and your brain has to play catch up. By taking the photo - it will!!

My friend is going through same thing and I convinced her to do before and now pictures shes down 110lbs, here's her picture. When I made this for her it was like a light went off in get head, she finally realizes she not big anymore
