Yep, you can. Start slow and don't get frustrated when you can't bend yourself into a pretzel. It gets easier with time.

It's great for flexibility. I have focused so much on cardio and strength training these first 6 months. No, it shouldn't hurt your sleeve.

Absolutely! Go for it! Great for toning and core but make sure you mix it up with some cardio too :)
