Hi, just checking in to see how you are doing? My diet does not start until Friday. Tried the pudding yesterday, just to get my mind wrapped around it. Banana is no good!!

Its going as well as can be expected...tired of the liquids lol not craving sweets anymore

.. i just want a big piece of meat! Hahaha

I have been having trouble finding a protein that i like... hope all is well with you

Hey! Hope your doing well! Good luck tomorrow! What time do you have to be at the hospital??

Had my surgery on 01-14-13. Today is Friday the 18th. I haven't been feeling too well! I follow the bariatric guidelines to the letter. I am very excited to get the next 3 weeks past me while I recover. I certainly would appreciate communicating with somebody through this journey.

Melissa i too had my surgery on monday and i spent 2 nights in the hospital. I know how you feel cuz these couple of days have really been hard.. im trying to just stay busy

Hello, everyone! I also had my surgery on Monday the 14th. I was released from the hospital Tues afternoon and I'm feeling pretty good. Is everyone on a sugarfree clear liquid diet? The program I am in lets us have one bottle isopure zero card rtd protien supplement a day. I've been drinking a lot of fluids and haven't had much pain or any vomiting. I have had diarrhea since Weds :( so I have to go to the lab and give them a stool sample tomorrow. Sorry if TMI.

Yup nothing but sugar free clear liquids now

Sorry about your poppy butt! I had only one episode last night. Sorry you have had it all week :(

Thanks for the sympathy, Tawnie! It is so much better today that I skipped the lab. Seems to have resolved itself.
