Sleeping Habits

Has anyone sleeping habits changed because I can't sleep..... I'm up all night and I sleep about 2 hrs a day..... :)

I'm with you, I am having trouble with sleep too. I was sleeved 12/19. The first 6 night's I was in a recliner and didn't fall asleep until after 4am, no naps during the day and my youngest waking me up at 6 or 7am. It was a nightmare. The past couple nights I've fallen asleep about 11pm and only stay asleep until 3am :( then its up for the day. I've been trying to nap but its tough. I am hoping this is a short phase!!

There are older topics on here that mentioned irregular sleep patterns. Try and search, but I do believe it is something that will not last.

I hope so... I've been having bad sleeping problems since I was sleeved on 9/17.... I've bought my self zzzquil to sleep but I don't want to be dependent on that and even when I drink that I only sleep like 4 hrs.... :(
