It is hard to follow a diet over the holidays. Is this your last appointment for the 6 months? Have you lost during the past 5 months? I assume you are on the 6 month diet for insurance approval. They are looking for assurance that you will be able to follow the diet after surgery. Are your parents supportive of the surgery and are they helping you?

Yes this is my last !!!! & yes insurance wants it . My parents are very supportive and I have serious foot problems so they believe when I get done my feet should be okay then I can exercise more .

Good luck to you lindrule. You are a very brave young lady. Much success to you.

Good luck on Thursday. I am so glad you have supportive parents and they will help you on this journey.
