Can anyone tell me if withdrawal is normal....on my 4 th day of liquids I begin to shake and sweat one minute them turn cold and stop shaking...im on 6 days now and fine.

Check ur vitamin and mineral level

Vit B 1,12 mainly and iron

When you stop giving your body what it is use to you may go thru withdraws, in the past whenever I started a low carb diet I would get extreme headaches for a few days as my body adjusted ...good luck!
