I have one and it also calculates or monitors your sleep patterns. I can upload the information onto my phone, but I have not done that I just allow it to sync to my computer. I love it though. It gives me an idea of how I am doing throughout the day.

Does anyone else use fitbit?

I ordered FitBit on the advise of my NUT, and I love it. Having that accounting of how much I am moving absolutely motivates me. I have found myself parking further away from stores just to get more steps in. I love it it syncs with My Fitness Pal too.
