not getting enough water

I had my surgery on Monday, i was sipping ok, but since yesterday afternoon even the smallest of sips seems to make me uncomfortable. I've played with the temp of the water but no luck. Anybody experience this? Or Have any tips?

So sorry to hear your uncomfortable. I hope this gets better. My surgeon told me to drink G2, in place of water (maybe you can try G2). You surely don't want to become dehydrated. I have to have room temp or warm (98-100 degrees).

Wishing you the best!

I bought a bunch of the powerade zero a couple weeks before surgery but hubby drank it all, guess I'll send him for more! Its not terribly uncomfortable, just enough to make me stop drinking, which is not good! Thank you
