I was sleeved on 9/24 and am down 54 lbs. I have been stalled for a couple of weeks. Make sure you are exercising, walking/running working the major muscle groups. And of course eating properly..80 grams proetein and no more than 40 carbs..Good Luck

9/17 here ... down 39 lbs so far .... I try not to be discouraged and embrace any loss ..... as any loss is a plus ....

Hang in there guys. Have you lost a lot of inches?? How's the clothes fitting?? One foot in front of the other, one day at a time you're getting there.

Sleeved 9-11-12

day of surgery weight 287

Todays weight 233

54 pounds in almost four months, but it does seem to be slowing down.

I was sleeved on 9/7 and lost 20 lbs before surgery and 50 since. Every day I learn something new about having the sleeve and my reactions to it. For instance, I didn't know until today that acid reflux can be interpreted by the body as hunger. And just last week I found that my sugar cravings might be made worse because I'm really thirsty instead. I'm more than halfway to goal, and I know that the hard work is still ahead but I'm so excited to be on this journey. Very grateful for this forum and all the other support!
