Date Schedule for Surgery

So my insurance navigator inform me all my docs seem good ready to submit. All I am missing is one req. visit on Jan9th. My surgery date is Jan 30th. I am so excited. There's a website they'll give you with an access code that you must complete prior to surgery. This website will tell you all the details and steps of the type of surgery you selected. Also is helpful in many ways because it answers a lot of you questions. I am so ready for next month. Thank god is after the holidays because I wouldn't want to be in bed and miss out of my family.

Is not by Aetna but depending on the Center who is doing your surgery. Is almost like a consent online form letting you know the dangers and informing that surgery you selected to have. Is very informative and is called Emmi the application name online. And at Surf that's great the 30th sleevers! :) can't wait.

Oh I have seen the EMMi application and yes it was very informative. Best of luck to you!
