I use almond milk

same!

Almond Milk too! I use Original Unsweetened @ 40cal/8oz. I like the Black Diamond brand I think the Silk brand makes my drinks too frothy and glumpy.

Blue diamond is what I use. I havent tried any other brand. O was told blue diamond was the best

water for me, the body needs all the water it can take

I am all about the water. I don't mind the taste mixed with water, and also I figure I don't need the extra calories of anything else mixed with it right now.

For me it depends on if the protein is something that will go good with milk. Like the syntrax nectar sweets go well with milk so i use soy or lactose free skim, but the fruity nectar goes better with water and ice blended together.

I have Syntrax Nectar fuzzy and use almond milk and 1cup of frozen fruit ...very good!

I use milk for the potassium. Since I'm avoiding all my favorite sources of potassium right now, I'll have to settle for getting it from Milk. If it wasn't for the potassium, I'd be mixing with almond milk since I'm not a huge fan of dairy.

I've mixed my powders in Water before and YUCK, I don't like it much at all. Some folks mix with Crystal Light and say it's pretty good but I'm not that brave...
