I feel stuck

I am a month post op and feel like I am at a stall. I have stopped dropping weight and I don't understand why. What sort of things were you eating one month post op? Your exercising routines?

From what I can tell, it happens to everyone. Just remember you are probably losing inches, don't be concerned about the number. It will go down. I weigh daily during the week, but I don't let the number on the scale upset me bc I know it can fluctuate. :-)

How long have you been stuck? I find that for about a week to 10 days after my period is over, I don't lose any weight and then suddenly it starts dropping again. This has happened each month so far.
