Doing my surgery on 12-12-12 excited and scared

I just had surgery 12/4 with Kaiser in Northern Virginia.

When did you start your liquid diet

2 weeks prior to surgery

I was sleeved on 11/14 and I went through kaiser. My surgeon had me start my liquid diet the day before

I'm feeling WONDERFUL. I've had no complications or complaints. I've lost 21 lbs since surgery...40 all together. I'm very greatful for kaiser and their options program. All the stuff they teach you really comes in handy. I couldn't imagine going through this without any prior knowledge and guidelines.
