  • Not a problem, that is OK. I would say to buy a good low calories cookbook or visit website for recipes such as this: http://www.emilybites.com/

Hi preyaa,

I would suggestion try adding a protein shakes. I started adding them to my diet. Because once you are sleeved the focus will be nutrition wise getting in your protein first.

^ great ty so much do u recommend ny brand????

Preyaa

I m also in the stage of looking for tasty ones. There is one that I like called lean body. Also there are postings on this site about Protein shakes. As you may try a few different types.

Hope this helps

Good luck

This one of my favorite. I am not sleeved yet. Also I may be looking at a blender that does single shake but that's later

Good luck!
