Emotions In Overdrive

I wonder if anyone else has had overwhelming feelings of emotions as they progress with their weightloss. I am 3 pounds away from being under 200 pounds. I know that this will be monumentous for me but I find that my emotions are so out of control the last week or so. I am happy, sad, teary, joyful. I know it is not hormones; do you think it has to do with the change I am going through with weight loss? My guess is yes just wondered if anyone else has gone/went through the same.

I also am on an emotional roller coaster. I guess losing weight this fast throws hormones out of wack. I just try to deal and keep going. Staying busy helps.
