8% Body Weight

Hi, in order for me to get the sleeve i have to loose 8% of my body weight. Does anyone have any ideas what the best way to do this is? Did anyone else have to?

    Try low carb dieting, or a liquid diet of protein shakes. I had excellent short term success with both of those.
