Well I saw my Oncologist this afternoon. She said Kaiser's bariatric surgery guidelines are pretty firm. But said she would talk to the head of bariatrics. She thought at the very least they should have seen me, and get started on getting all my ducks in a row. Then when I reach my 5 my year breast cancer free mark I could hit the ground running. 2.5 years to go : (

She's absolutely right -- get all your ducks in a row and hit the ground running when the time comes. I know you're ready start already! But, ya know, time's going to pass anyway, might as well be getting everything all lined up.
