The scale read 199 this morning!! With my band 7-19-06 and all my exercise I did it. I just kept repeating 199 over and over . My hubby gave me a big hug too.

My MD called this week and asked me if he could give my name and number to a patient who would be a good candidate. I will be pleased to give him my story.

I am shooting for Onefiftylisous now.
